returns and exchanges

 

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Kajinga, however if you wish to exchange an item or there is a problem you are not happy with, please let us know immediately via e-mail on our contact page.  We will be happy to exchange or refund the full amount excluding postage back to us if you return it in the same unworn condition with any labels attached within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice.  

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

 

If you return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the the day we confirm by email that your refund has been accepted, based on the above criteria.
